Reduced Pressure

The items in this category are complete Reduced Pressure backflow assemblies -- ready for installation -- ranging in size from 1/2" to 10" from Ames, Apollo/Conbraco, Febco, Flomatic, Watts, or Wilkins.

RP assemblies are designed to provide the highest level of protection from both back-pressure and back-siphonage.

Smaller devices (1/2" to 3" pipe diameter) are typically configured with ball valves, but may be ordered with OSY or butterfly indicator valves for fire line applications.

When installing an RP indoors it is usually advisable to also install a compatible manufacturer-designed air gap cup to minimize the potential for cross-contamination during discharge.
